I love these shoes, I call them my 'gym in a box'. I go to the track with my son, and I walk a few laps while he jogs. The shoes are heavy, so you get a real leg workout just moving these things around. My hips were tired, in a good way. Couple that with the unstable nature of the sole, and man your legs do get some exercise.
I had been dieting for months and bottomed out on weight loss. Just adding these shoes to the regimen , and I lost another 2 pounds really quickly. Maybe I walk more because I have the shoes, who knows really. I just wear them when ever I can - they are really comfy when they are not wearing me out!
I can't attest to anything about shaping the glutes or posture or anything, I feel them 100% in my legs. The rest is bonus if true.
