My sister used this wallet for 2 days and the material pulled away from the metal trim right near the clasp. I contacted the company regarding the defect and permission to return it for another one. They had me take pictures of the default and email the pictures to them. I did that the very next day and the customer service rep respnded immediately with the shipping of another wallet after reviewing the pictures. I didn't even have to send the defective wallet back and waste the postage. The new wallet is doing great.
