I'm a heavy runner (200 pounds) doing about 15 miles per week on asphalt. I underpronate and recently had surgery on both feet, so I needed a shoe with good cushioning. These are good (not great), no frills running shoes. The new revision appears to have a higher ankle cup and narrower toe box, plus improved cushioning in the forefoot.
